Our practice was appointed in 2012 by a private client to explore the redevelopment potential for this Grade II listed six storey terraced house in the heart of Belgravia. We have worked closely with the client, the City of Westminster planners and the Grosvenor Estate to establish proposals for the extensive refurbishment of the property, restoring the principal rooms of the house to their original and proper proportions, reconstructing the mews house to the rear whilst sensitively introducing a lift to the rear of the stair enclosure.  In total the proposals add a further 600 sq. ft to the property. Detailed consultation was carried out prior to the submission of the planning application. Construction was implemented during the pandemic, achieving completion in 2022. One very happy client.
